The board has also stated in its annual activity schedule that this time the main papers of Class 12 will begin from the month of February itself.

Board Exam 2020: The Board Examination, 2020 for Class X and XII shall commence from 15th of Feb onwards. This time the major papers of Class XII will also commence from Feb 2020.”

The board might have taken the decision following the Delhi High Court’s order in 2018 when the delay in result declaration had lead to many students losing out on the opportunity to apply for admissions.
