Wait is Over! Science Olympiad Foundation declared the result of Level 2 of IMO, NSO, and IEO 2024-25 on 19th March 2025. The result is published online and is accessible on the official website www.sofworld.org. We congratulate International and Zonal awards winners.
Level 2 exam was held on the 9th of February and for all three subjects, lakhs of students appeared at 600 centres across 25 countries of the world. Students who have scored in International and State rank will be awarded for their performance.
Level 1 of these exams conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation was conducted in October, November, December, and January. Only students who scored merit ranks in Level 1 exams were eligible to appear in the Level 2 exams. The criteria for selection are as mentioned below:
- Top 5% of students considering class ranks who appear for the 1st level exam with due priority to marks scored in different sections.
- Zone wise top 25 rank holders from each class.
- Class topper from each participating school where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam & score 50% qualifying marks.

How to Check SOF Level-2 (2024-2025) Result for NSO, IEO & IMO
Follow the below procedure to download your level-2 result.
- The student’s respective schools will get the results by mail.
- Students registered phone numbers or email addresses will receive an SMS or email letting them know their results.
- The official website, https://results.sofworld.org/results, also posts results updates.
How to Download Your SOF Level-2 Result for NSO, IEO & IMO Online?
- Go to the result section of the SOF World official website at https://results.sofworld.org/results.
- Enter your roll number after choosing the exam. However, if you can’t remember your roll number or face any other issue, contact SOF on this number –

- Fill out the captcha code, then click “View Results” to see the results.
- Take a printout of the result as it appears on the screen and save it for later use.

Students will receive their “Student Performance Report (SPR)” from their respective schools along with their exam results. Each student receives a Student Performance Report (SPR) from SOF, which provides a thorough overview of their academic progress. It includes the positions at various levels as well as the marks attained in each exam section. SPR also includes analyses on the student’s percentage and average mark.

Students give special preference to Olympiads conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation as the level of exam is always very challenging and awards are very fascinating. The awards are distributed in International and Zonal categories.

We all know that every year SOF organizes a big event celebrating the victory of winners at the student and school levels. Winners will be awarded at the event held in Delhi.
