UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2021 Postponed: Check new exam dates here!!

UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2021 Postponed

The Union Public Service Commission officially deferred UPSC Prelim (CSE) scheduled on 27th of June 2021. The new exam dates are announced on the official website upsc.gov.in. Now the exam will be conducted on 10 October 2021 as the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic continuous to have a ruinous impact across the country.

The UPSC Officially note says: “Due to the prevailing conditions caused by the Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19), the union Public Service Commission has deferred the civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 which was scheduled to be held on 27th June 2021. Now the exam will be held on 10th of October 2021.

The commission conducts civil services exams annually in three stages- Preliminary, main, and interview. In order to select the officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Services (IFS), and Indian Police Services (IPS) among others.
