UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2021 Postponed: Check new exam dates here!!

UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2021 Postponed

The Union Public Service Commission officially deferred UPSC Prelim (CSE) scheduled on 27^th of June 2021. The new exam dates are announced on the official website upsc.gov.in. Now the exam will be conducted on 10 October 2021 as the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic continuous to have a ruinous impact across the country.

The UPSC Officially note says: “Due to the prevailing conditions caused by the Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19), the union Public Service Commission has deferred the civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 which was scheduled to be held on 27^th June 2021. Now the exam will be held on 10^th of October 2021.

The commission conducts civil services exams annually in three stages- Preliminary, main, and interview. In order to select the officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Services (IFS), and Indian Police Services (IPS) among others.
