The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the syllabi for Classes 9,10,11, & 12 for the academic session 2022-23. Discontinuing the term system for the upcoming session, the board has released a unified syllabus for both classes 10 and 12. Students and teachers can access the syllabus of the respective classes from the official website of CBSE- cbseacademic.nic.in ย . Read on further to get the Class-wise syllabus (2022-23) of classes 9, 10, 11, & 12 respectively.
To ensure that, there remains at least one exam at the end of the academic session to evaluate the studentโs learning, the Central Board had bifurcated the 2021-2022 sessions into two terms. The term 1 exams were held in November-December, 2021 while the term 2 exams are scheduled to be held in April-June, 2022.
Before the ongoing session (i.e. 2021-2022); in session 2020-2021, the CBSE had to opt for an alternative assessment scheme as the idea of conducting the board exams was not feasible amidst the second wave of Covid-19 hitting hard.
Even though the New Education Policy 2020 is in favor of the newly introduced term-wise pattern, โthe Board will go back to the normal โyearly exam patternโ from the coming session 2022-23โ, the higher authorities had shared.
