The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the application form for COMEDK UGET 2019 examination. This exam is organized to provide admission to various engineering colleges in the state of Karnataka. The application form is to be filled online and no offline facility is available for it. Interested candidates can fill their application form online from the official website of COMEDK, i.e. comedk.org. The last date to submit the application form is 19 April 2019. The exam is scheduled to be held on 12 May 2019.

COMEDK 2019 Application Form Fee
The application fee for COMEDK 2019 is Rs. 2400 plus 18% GST, plus the convenience charges. It will be same for both male and female candidates.
Mode of Payment – The payment mode for COMEDK 2019 applications form fee is online only. Candidates are required to pay the fee through Credit card/Debit Cards or Internet Banking.
COMEDK 2019 Eligibility Criteria For Engineering:
- Candidates applying for the admission through COMEDK UGET must have passed the Class 12th boards or second PUC or equivalent examination recognized by the State or Central government.
- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject and candidates must pass these subjects individually.
- The candidate belonging to general category must have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 45%, while SC, ST and OBC candidates require only 40 % aggregate marks.
COMEDK 2019 Eligibility Criteria For Architecture:
- The candidate must have passed second PUC or 10+2 or should hold a Diploma (10+3) recognized by the State or Central Government.
- Candidates who have passed second PUC or 10+2 candidate must have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects along with any other subjects.
- General category candidates must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in Class 12th while SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka require only 45% aggregate marks.
- Candidates should have qualified aptitude test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent) in 2019.
- A separate application form has to be submitted by candidates willing to apply for B.Arch. Course.
COMEDK 2019 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of COMEDK 2019 is as follows:
Mode of the exam: Online (Computer Based Test)
Objective Exam – MCQ type question.
Time duration – 3 hours (180 minute).
Total Questions – 180
Marking Scheme: 1 marks will be awarded for each correct answer
Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking
Exam Tip- Since there is no negative marking in the exam, you are advised to attempt all questions, even if you don’t know the answer. |
