JIPMER 2019 Registration Window Now Open–Know how to apply

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry has opened online window for registration of MBBS entrance exam 2019. Interested candidates can register at the official website of JIPMER, i.e., jipmer.edu.in. The last date to register for JIPMER MBBS is April 12, 2019. The exam is scheduled to be held on 2 June 2019.

JIPMER 2019 MBBS Registration Fee

For General & OBC Category Candidates – 1500 Rs

For SC/ST Category Candidates – 1200 Rs

For NRI/OCI candidates – 3000 Rs

OPH candidates are exempted from paying any fee.

JIPMER MBBS 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Qualifying Exam: Candidates should pass the 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board/university.

Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology along with English with one elective subject.

Minimum Marks: Candidate must pass individually in each subject and 50% marks taken together. 40% marks (OBC/SC/ST/OPH) & 45% marks (GEN-OPH) in PCB stream.

Appeared Candidates: Candidates those appearing in the qualifying exam in March/April 2019 can also apply.

JIPMER 2019 Syllabus

The aspirants of JIPMER must check the JIPMER 2019 syllabus before starting to prepare for the entrance exam. The syllabus of JIPMER 2019 will be same as prescribed by State Board Higher Secondary and CBSE for Classes 11 and 12. The exam conducting body, JIPMER Puducherry, has not released the JIPMER syllabus 2019. However, they do mention that JIPMER 2019 syllabus is based on the syllabus of various State Boards and CBSE syllabus for Classes 11 and 12. The exam pattern of JIPMER 2019 is as follows:
