JEE Advanced 2021 Registration (Extended!) – Exam Date (announced), Eligibility, Syllabus (Out)

This year, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will conduct JEE Advanced to provide admission in prestigious IITs on, 3rd October 2021.  The Application forms for registration are available on  www.jeeadv.ac.in. With a recent notification, the last date for the registration is extended till 21st September 2021 by 11:59 pm.

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advanced 2021 Exam

Aspirants must fulfill the given criteria to appear for the JEE Advanced exam 2021:

  1. Performance in JEE Main 2021 – Applicant must have passed the JEE Main 2021 Paper-1; also, it is necessary to be among the top 2,50,000 candidates.
  2. Age Limit- The participant must have been born on or after 01 October 1996. Although SC, ST, and PWD candidates will get a relaxation of 5 years.
  3. Number of Attempts- Candidates can appear two times in two consecutive years for JEE Advanced exam.
  4. Appearance in 12th examination – To take admission in the IIT’s the candidates should have passed class 12 or equivalent exam in 2020 or 2021 for the first time. According to the criterion, one should have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in class 12.

How to download JEE Advanced 2021 exam, Admit Card-

Follow the given process step by step to download the admit card for JEE Advanced 2021 exam-

Step 1:  Visit the website i.e. www.jeeadv.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the “Admit Card” tab.

Step 3: Enter your registration number, Date of Birth, and mobile number, click on login.

Step 4:  You will find your admit card appear on the screen.

Step 5:  Take a printout of the admit card.

How to Crack JEE Advanced 2021-

  1. Know Exam Pattern and syllabus– The most basic step towards clearing JEE Advanced is to understand the syllabus of JEE Advanced Exam. Check the entire syllabus and then divide it class-wise. Knowing the level of difficulty of questions will help you in preparing better.
  2. Practice Previous year questions- One of the best ways to score more in the exam is to Practice Previous Year Papers. Generally, students keep last year’s question papers for their final practice. However, it is always favorable to begin your preparation with the Previous year paper as the candidates get familiar with the exam level, weightage of topics etc.
  3. Hard Work + Smart Leaning– There is no replacement for hard work. It will benefit you if you add smart study with your hard work for the National level exam—study in a target-oriented manner. You need to solve 100-120 questions in two hours.
