NEET 2021 More Than Once a Year – Hinted the Education Minister

NEET students are eagerly waiting for the announcement of NEET 2021 exam dates after the release of the CBSE Board exam schedule. Students are reaching out to Education Minister and asking for updates on NEET 2021. Twitter is full of these queries. They are also requesting to conduct NEET 2021 more than once a year after the declaration of JEE Mains is conducted 4 times a year.

Recently in an interview with Times Now, Education Minister Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal hinted that the education ministry is working upon conducting NEET more than once a year, just like JEE Mains.

He didn’t share more details but, he said that education and health ministries’ officials interacted recently and there is a possibility of the exam being conducted twice, with giving students an additional attempt being actively discussed.

He said more clarification and NEET 2021 exam dates will be announced soon. Education Minister said, “If it would be not too difficult then the students will be given extra chance. The approval has to come from Health Ministry”.

Recently, the complete CBSE 2021 Board Exam date sheet is been released and now it’s the turn of the NEET 2021 exams.

Major updates in NEET 2021 exam till now are:

  1. There are high chances that the NEET 2021 exam will be held more than once a year to give extra chances to students, just like JEE Mains.
  2. No change in NEET 2021 exam syllabus as per the reduced once. A student has to study complete the class 11 & Class 12 syllabus for NEET 2021.
  3. Internal choices will be given to students to accommodate the reduced syllabus of 2020-21 CBSE.

NEET aspirants are eagerly waiting for announcements about NEET 2021 exam. Every passing day is creating more buzz and ripples in NEET aspirants. But, this delay in NEET 2021 exam can be utilized efficiently by a NEET aspirant by effective time management and practice.

The time left to study the NEET syllabus is very crucial for NEET students. It is a prerequisite for the students to divide time equally to all the subjects as per the difficulty level.
