NEET Exam 2022 Result Announced. Know the Details; Cutoff, Toppers List and Result Link

NEET 2022 result announced

The NTA released the result for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test on 7th September, 2022. The exam was held on 17, July, 2022. After much waiting and anticipation, results were announced. To download the results, Candidates can visit the official website of NTA. Candidates can follow the following steps to download their results.

  • Visit the official website of neet.nta.nic.in
  • You will be redirected to the results page automatically.
  • Fill in the required details Application number, DOB, security pin, and submit.
  • Your cumulative marks for NEET-2022 will appear on the screen.
  • Download the final results for NEET-2022 for further reference.

The cut-off for NEET-UG 2022 was declared just after the results: As per the latest trends, the cut off marks for NEET 2022 is 50% marks for general category, 45% marks for PH candidates and 40% for candidates from the reserved category. The NEET qualifying marks for 2022 are more than or equal to 138-720 for the general category and 108-137 for OBC/SC/ST categories.

Ranking criteria– In the case of equal scores of two or more candidates, the rank has been designated according to the subject wise scores. The candidate who scored more in Biology, then Chemistry and then Physics in the given sequence is designated a higher rank.

The four toppers, TANISHKA, VATSA ASHISH BATRA, HRISHIKESH NAGBHUSHAN GANGULE, and RUCHA PAWASHE, have been ranked 1,2,3,4 respectively after scoring 715 out of 720.

The top 10 rankers of NEET-UG 2021 have scored marks between 715-710 increasing the difficulty of the invigilator to assign the ranks!

Out of 1764571 candidates who appeared for the NEET-UG 2022, approximately 9,93,069 candidates could qualify the exam. The students who couldn’t make it this time must not get disheartened and must start preparing for the NEET-UG 2023.
