NTA Announces NEET UG 2023 Exam Date

NEET exam 2023 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency on May 7. The organisation in charge of administering the exam today announced the schedule and kicked off the registration period for JEE Main 2023 as well.

The NEET 2022 Exam took place on July 17. On September 7, the results were announced. In the NEET-UG exam in 2022, 9.93 lakh applicants passed. The overall pass rate was 56.28, almost exactly matching 2022. Four contenders tied for first place in 2022 with a perfect percentile score of 99.9997733. The NTA did not jointly award them the #1 rank, in contrast to 2021. Instead, the testing organisation used its new tie-breaker procedure to give Tanishka from Rajasthan the top spot.

Previously known as the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), the National Eligibility criteria Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG) is an all-India pre-medical entrance exam for students wishing to enroll in undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS), and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) programs in government and private institutions in India as well as for those planning to pursue primary medical education abroad.
