Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment 2021: Registration Begins for 1329 SI & ASI posts

Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has started the applications for candidates to apply for Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment 2021. Interested candidates can apply from the official website of UPPRPB before 15 July 2021. The Official Website of UP Police is http://www.uppbpb.gov.in/.

Previously, the online application deadline was 30 June, however it has been extended by 15 Days in the wake of covid-19 crisis across the country. The UP Police Recruitment drive will hire up 1329 SI and ASI posts in the Police Department. Earlier, the registration process was scheduled to begin on 01 May 2021 which was delayed due to some reason. Read more details like eligibility, important dates and other details.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have willing to apply for the posts should hold Bachelor’s degree in any stream from any recognized university in India. Also, the candidates must know typing and shorthand.

Age Limit- 21 years of age and not above 28 years of age.

  1. Sub Inspector (Confidential) – 327 Posts
  2. Asst Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) – 644 Posts
  3. Asst Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) – 358 Posts

How to fill the online application

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPPRPB i.e. http://www.uppbpb.gov.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link – “Online application to the posts of Uttar Pradesh Sub-Inspector of Police (Confidential), Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) and Assistance Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) for online application to the posts of Direct Recruitment 2020-21”.

Step 3: It will redirect you to a new window, where you have to click on the ‘New User’ tab.

Step 4: Read the instructions carefully and click on continue.

Step 5: Submit all the necessary details and provide a valid email ID and Mobile Number to complete the registration.

Step 6: Once the registration process will be completed, an OTP will be sent to verify the credentials. Enter the OTP, Verify the code, tick declaration, and submit.

Step 7:Login using the credentials and complete the application form.

Step 8: Submit the application Fee and download a copy of the application form.

Application and Examination Fee: Rs. 400/- for all applicants
