CBSE Board Exams 2021 Date Announced: Practical Dates, Exam Dates (Date Sheet), Results and Major Highlights

Putting an end to the wait of lakhs of students, the union education minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank announced CBSE Board Exams 2021 date on 31st Dec 2020. According to the Education Minister, CBSE board 2021 exams will be held from 4th May 2021 till 10th June 2021 and the results will be declared by July 15.ย  Every year CBSE Board used to conduct exams from February till March and results were declared in month of May. This year complete session is delayed due to COVID19 pandemic and CBSE decided to postpone CBSE class X & XII board exams to ensure safety of students. We are sharing the details along with practical dates, exam dates, result and major highlights of Union Education Minister announcement.

CBSE clarified that they are aware of the situation faced by the students/ teachers and schools. And, these CBSE Board exam dates are based on the feedback and consultations done with diverse stakeholders. This is done to maintain a conductive environment to the students and on timely basis CBSE will keep on updating about the examination on its official website.

  1. CBSE Board practical exams for class X & XII will start from 1st March 2021 โ€“ As per the official announcement by CBSE Board the schools will be allowed to conduct Practical/ Project/ Internal Assessment of class X & XII from 1st March 2021 to the last date of theory examination of the same class.
  2. CBSE Board exams will commence from 4th May 2021 and conclude till 10th June 2021.
  3. CBSE Board exam 2021 results will be declared on 15th July 2021.
  4. CBSE Board exams 2021 will be conducted offline in pen and paper mode.

These are the latest developments in CBSE Board Exams 2021 by Union Education Ministry. Soon the complete CBSE Board Exams 2021 Date sheet for class X & XII will be released on the official website of CBSE, cbse.nic.in. It is prudent for the CBSE board students to start preparing as per the dates announced. Create a study time table as per the reduced 30% syllabus and select revision books wisely.
