The National Testing Agency has finally declared the result for CUET-UG 2022. The result is now made available on the official website- cuet.samarth.ac.in.
This year, it was the first time that the National Testing Agency conducted a common test for undergraduate admissions. Amidst several cancellations, the exam was conducted from July 16 to August 30 in six phases. A separate exam was also conducted on September 11 for the students who claimed grievances during the conduct of CUET UG 2022.
The students were allowed to challenge the answer keys till 10th September 2022, while it was declared on the official website on 08th September 2022.
Out of the 14,90,000 registered candidates, a total of 61.86% of students have appeared for the exam in 547 cities in India and 13 cities outside India. Out of 61.86% of total students, the highest number of students who gave the exam were from Uttar Pradesh (2,92,589). The second highest turnout of the aspirants was from Delhi (1,86,405) and after that, the third largest turnout was from Bihar (84,425).

Marking Scheme Followed in CUET UG 2022 Exam.
While answering a question the candidate had to choose one option that is the correct or the most appropriate answer. However, in case of discrepancy, the following procedure has been followed in the assessment of questions-
- The most appropriate answer will be given +5 marks
- The incorrect option will be deducted with –1 mark
- No marks will be given or deducted in a question that has been “Marked For Review” or is unanswered.
- In case two options of a question are correct attempting either one of the correct options will be addressed as a correct answer and +5 marks will be given.
- Attempting a wrong question with all incorrect options will claim +5 marks to the students who have attempted the question.
All the candidates are advised to keep their respective hall tickets for CUET-UG 2022 with them. Hall tickets may be required during the time of further counseling procedures that will be done for admission to various universities.
The registration window for DU admissions has been opened at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. Interested students can simply register or sign in on the website and follow the required procedure for registration.
