CBSE Class 10 Science 2020 – Paper Analysis & Review

Class 10 Science board exam was successfully conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today i.e., 4th March 2020. This is the first most important paper for class 10 students this year. Approximately 17 lakh students appeared for the Science paper. The exam was started at 10:30 AM and continued till 1:30 PM. The examination was conducted smoothly by CBSE without any interruption.

CBSE Class 10 Science paper consisted of three sections viz. A, B & C which contained 30 questions of total 80 marks.

Scheme of Choices:

All sections were compulsory, and students needed to attempt all the sections There was no overall choice. However, internal choices were provided for some questions in all Sections. Students were required to attempt only one of the choices in such questions.

Feedback of the students

CBSE Science paper did not come with a relief for class 10 students. Most of the students who appeared for the exam the found the exam paper easy. Check out the few points from the feedback of the students. The paper was easy in both length and difficulty.

  • The paper was straight from NCERT book.
  • The paper was easier than last year.
  • Practical section was a bit tough in the whole paper.
  • Questions based on numerical was easy.
  • Many questions were almost similar to those asked in previous years.
  • All the questions in the paper were asked from the latest CBSE 10th Science syllabus.

80% Questions were from MTG’s CBSE Champion-Science
