Exams 2021: List of the State Boards NOT Cancelled or Postponed Class 10 & 12 Exams

COVID-19 situation is getting worse day by day in India, with more than 2 Lakh new COVID-19 cases in one day. Several states are imposing partial lockdown to curb the spread of the virus. Recently, CBSE Board canceled Class 10 Board exams and postponed Class 12 exams to save students from the pandemic. All the schools and colleges have been shut by the government till 30th April 2021 and summer vacation has been declared from Class 1 to 8. Various state education boards along with centres canceled and postponed the Board exams to keep the children safe. However, there are some states such as Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Kerala, among others have yet not taken any decision regarding the postponement or cancellation of bard exams 2021.

Here, we have provided the list of states that are going to conduct the board exams 2021 as per schedule.

Exams 2021: Check  List of the State Boards NOT Cancelled or Postponed Class 10 & 12 Exams (Subjected to change)

  1. Jharkhand – The state board, Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), has postponed the class 10 and 12 practical exams that began on April 6. However, no announcement has been made regarding the theory exams that are scheduled to take place from May 4 to May 21.
  2. Goa – Goa Chief Minister said that the exams will be conducted under strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols. The exams are scheduled to be held from April 24, 2021 and there will be no cancellation of Goa board exams for class 10 and class 12 students.
  3. Andhra Pradesh – The state education minister Audimulapu Suresh informed all the students via twitter that there will be no cancellation or postponement of Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. Class 10 exams will commence from June 7 to June 16, while the Class 12 exam will begin from May 5 to May 23 in Andhra Pradesh.
  4. Tamil Nadu – The Tamil Nadu state government cancelled class 10 board exams; but, there is no change in schedule of Class 12 Board exams that are scheduled from May 5 to May 31.
  5. Kerala – There is no change in the exam schedule of Class 10 and Class 12 boards. Kerala Education board will conduct exam as per schedule under the strict protocols and precautions for COVID-19.
  6. Assam – The Assam state board is not cancelling or postponing the HSLC (Class 10th) and AHSEC (Class 12th) board exams. There will be no change in the exam schedule, class 10 exams will start from May 11 to June 1, and class 12 exams will take place from May 11 to June 14.
  7. Karnataka – There is no change in the Class 10 and Class 12 exams schedule for Karnataka state board students. Class 10 exams will be held from June 21 – July 5 and class 12 from May 24 – June 16.
  8. Manipur – Manipur state have also decided to conduct its state board exams as per the schedule. Class 10 exams will be held from May 1 to May 6, and class 12 exams will be held from May 5 to June 9.

  1. Sikkim – The state board will conduct the board exams as per schedule amid the COVID1-19 pandemic. Class 10 and 12 exams will be held from May 1. Class 10 exams will begin on May 19, and class 12 exams will commence on May 18.
  2. Tripura – TBSE has no plans to postpone class 10 and 12 board exams 2021. They will conduct the exams as per schedule amid the COVID-19 scare. Class 10 exams will be held from May 19 and class 12 exams from May 18 under strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols.
  3. Uttarakhand – The state board exams for class 12 has not been cancelled and will happen as per the schedule from May 4 to May 22.
  4. Meghalaya – The state board will conduct its Class 10 and 12 exams as per the schedule. The MBOSE class 12 exams began on April 16 and will conclude on May 12. Class 10 exams will commence from April 19 and will conclude on May 3.
  5. Nagaland – The state board has not postponed class 10 and 12 board exams 2021. Class 10 exams began on April 7 and will conclude on April 21, while class 12 exams started on April 6 and will end on April 29.
