Lakhs of aspirants appear for this exam every year which is conducted by IBPS. So, they can secure a job in public sector banks in the country. The IBPS clerk exam is conducted by following a definite exam pattern with fixed syllabus. All the candidates need to get through each stage to successfully complete the selection process. Only hard work and fine preparation can help a candidate to clear the exam. The Foremost step in order to start preparation of exam is understanding the syllabus. The selection process is divided into 3 phases which are the preliminary exam, main exam, and personal interview. All the levels are conducted by IBPS only. The result score of IBPS is used by the participating banks to recruit personnel as per their vacancies. Syllabus – Mains Exam
