IEO Class 1 Syllabus (2024) – International English Olympiad

The Science Olympiad Foundation’s International English Olympiad (SOF IEO) is a highly prestigious competitive exam that aims to foster a love for the English language and enhance students’ language skills. It provides a platform for students to showcase their English proficiency and compete at national and international levels. The Class 1 IEO Syllabus is designed to introduce children to the fundamental concepts of the English language and help them develop a strong understanding of these concepts. Participating in the IEO and following its syllabus can greatly benefit children by enriching their understanding of the English language and nurturing their language skills. IEO Syllabus for Class 1 (2024)

The syllabus covers various aspects of the English language, including Jumbled letters their meanings, Identifying the Word From the Picture, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, language skills, and more. Students will be tested on their ability to recognize and use different words and phrases, understand basic grammar rules, and comprehend simple passages.
