Any school can register as a center for SOF IEO Level 1. No fee is required from the institution to become a registered examination center. Schools in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal pay a registration fee of Rs 125* (including GST) per student/Olympiad. Students with major physical disabilities or Indian students whose parents were martyred during defence operations are exempt from the fee. For schools in countries other than India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal, the registration fee is $9* per student, with an additional fee of $1** per student.

3. What types of questions are asked in Olympiad exams?

The Olympiad comprises multiple-choice questions where students are presented with various options and must choose the answer, they believe to be correct. Students need to bring their pens and pencils to complete the examination.

• For more than 25 students writing the exam from a class – Gold Medal of Excellence to top 10% rank holders in class.
