Educational Qualification
Open Category in both Urban and Rural area – Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established under a statute or approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
Experience
Other – Preference would be given to candidates who have at least 2 years’ experience in the life insurance industry.

LIC ADO Recruitment 2019 Selection Procedure
Selection will be done on the basis of two-phase examination i.e. Preliminary Examination and Main Examination followed by Interview. Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates. The structure of the exam is as follow:
Preliminary Examination
The preliminary exam will be conducted online. There will be three section in total and the duration of the exam will be 1 hour. There will be total 100 questions of total 100 marks. All questions will be MCQ types.
Main examination
This exam will also be conducted in online mode. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The paper will include 150 questions of MCQ type of total 150 marks.
Note: There will be no penalty for wrong answers. However, candidates are advised not to mark answers through random guessing.
