The New Delhi World Book Fair 2026 is set to return to Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from 10 to 18 January 2026, bringing together readers, publishers, authors, educators, and students from across the globe.
Organised by the National Book Trust (NBT), India, the New Delhi World Book Fair is one of the most prestigious literary events in the country. This year, the New Delhi World Book Fair 2026 is based on the theme: “Indian Military History – Valour and Wisdom@75”. It is recognised as the largest international book fair in the Afro-Asian region, attracting leading publishing houses and literary communities worldwide.
This year, the fair is expected to be bigger and more vibrant than ever, with participation from over 50 countries, thousands of exhibitors, and hundreds of literary, educational, and cultural programmes spread across multiple halls.
