- Scanned copies of your Colored Photograph.
- Scanned copies of your signature

Online Application Form – 2021
Step-1: Register for SRMJEEE 2021: Candidates will need to provide their date of birth, name, email id, phone number and password. Candidates will get unique id and password on their registered email address after the successful registration for exam.
Step-2: Login on the website: Once they receive their unique ID and password, they have to log in and complete their application form of SRMJEEE 2021.
Step-3: Fill Details in SRMEEE 2021 Application form:After the login, applicants need to provide all the required personal, academic and address related details.
Step-4: Pay Application Fee:The application fee for SRMJEEE will be around Rs.1,100/-. After the successful payment of fee, the applicants ill be able to download SRMJEEE 2021 application form for second phase.
Step-5: Upload Scanned Documents: Aspirants have to upload all the required documents along with their recent photograph and signature etc.
