Supreme Court allows NTA to release NEET Result. Don’t Miss These Highlighted Tips

Update on: 28 Oct 2021, 04:27 PM

It’s more than a month now, lakhs of candidates are eagerly waiting for the NEET 2021 result. NEET 2021 was conducted on 12th September 2021. The result is expected to be released in this month.  Last week NTA has mentioned that there will be a delay in the result even though it is ready.

The reason for the delay is that the Bombay High Court directed NTA to reconduct NEET 2021 exam for the two candidates who have submitted the question paper and the answer sheet with incorrect serial numbers.

This delay in the result will also impact the counselling and further the admission process.

Today, 28/10/2021 Supreme Court allows NTA to release the result and publish the final answer key for the candidates. Wherein SC stays the order of the Bombay High Court, saying NTA can provide an alternative plan for the two students who lost time due to the confusion on exam day.

There are a few points that all the candidates need to know once the result is declared.

  1. Where candidates can find their result: The result will be declared on the official website https://neet.nta.nic.in along with the final OMR sheets.
  1. Re-evaluation of Answer Sheets: The OMR sheets filled by the students at the time of Examination are checked by the machine through specific software. NTA has already released the provisional answer keys and provided time to candidates to object if any. Now there will be no provision of re-evaluation of the answer key after the final result.
