WBJEE 2021 Examination: Exam Schedule, Examination zones

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Board has closed its application process for WBJEE 2021.  The candidates who have applied for the exam will be eligible to download the admit card from the official website i.e. https://wbjeeb.nic.in/  As the date for the release of the admit card is out now.  Go through the article for more detailed information like Exam Zones, Schedule, old question papers and study material etc.

All the aspirants of WBJEE 2021 can find the examination schedule here, all the dates given below are tentative and can be changes under extraordinary circumstances.

Exam Zone for WBJEE 2021

The board has released the District-wise list of examination zones for WBJEE 2021. The list of the centers is provided below with the code of zones. Applicants can check it from the below or they can download the list from the official website. Also, a direct link is given here in this article.

WJBEE 2021 – Exam Pattern

Before all the recommended books for the exam, let’s take a brief look at the exam pattern 2021.

Best Study Material for WBJEE 2021

The students preparing for West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam must choose the best book. Candidates need to be very careful while buying the best book for their preparation. Students are advised to take the books containing previous year question papers and Sample papers. It will help the candidate to 7understand the difficulty level, topics covered in last years and questions asked frequently over the years etc.

For Math portion Mtg’s WBJEE Chapter-wise Explorer Mathematics This book comprehensively covers all the syllabus of WBJEE mathematics and provides a clear insight of questions asked in the previous years’ examinations.

Although it is widely accepted and advised to follow the NCERT books. Also, for Chemistry and Physics students can rely on MTG’s WB JEE Chapter-wise Explorer- Physics & Chemistry  as it consists up to 70 MCQs and Category-wise practice questions of Previous 8 Years’ (2013-2020). For a better practice of upcoming exam this book provides 3 Model Test Papers with detailed solutions.


Rules of the Examination

  • All the applicants are advised to enter the exam center at least 30 minutes before the exam timings.
  • No applicant will be allowed to take a seat for the test in any exam center other than the allotted one.
  • In case any candidate found to occupied seat other than the allotted one, his/her exam will be cancelled.

Documents to be carried-

  1. Printed copy of admit card
  2. Copy of Photograph which was uploaded during online application.
  3. Any photo identity card in original like Aadhar card/ Pan card/ Passport/ Voter Card/ 10th Standard admit card/ School id card.
  • Any examinee found impersonating, that person will be handed over to the police & candidature of the original one will be cancelled outright.
  • The social distancing and other COVID-19 Instructions must follow by all the applicants.
