No changes in CBSE Board Term 2 Exam Pattern and Syllabus of Class 10th & 12th

The Term-2 board exams for classes 10th and 12th are scheduled in March-April 2022 as notified by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Recently, CBSE has observed that a few online media platforms are distributing inaccurate information and deceiving students by using terminologies like Breaking News /Major changes in exam pattern/ Pattern of CBSE Board class X and XII has changed, etc.

To end all the speculations made on Term 2 exam pattern CBSE has released a public advisory for all on the official website www.cbse.gov.in stating, โ€œIt is clarified in the interest of students that the Board had announced the changes in exam pattern (mentioned in circular number 51, dated 5th July 2021). Term 1 exams have already been completed and the format of exams for Term 2 is also mentioned in the same circularโ€.

The exam dates and sample papers for CBSE Term 2 exams will be released soon on the official website. Similarly, the Result of the CBSE Board Term 1 exam will be posted on the same.

The Term 2 exams will be held in a subjective format; including case-based, situation-based, open-ended short answer, and long answer type questions, and will last two hours.
