The first phase of JEE Main 2020 is over now! The final answer key and result are all out and gone! Most of you must have filled the application form for JEE phase 2. However, JEE Main 2020 phase 2 has been postponed until further notice due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. NTA has notified the postponement of the exam and also re-opened the application correction window until 20th April 2020. We expect you to correct the application forms if required well before the last day so that you can concentrate on your studies worry-free.

JEE aspirants must be aware that the best of the two NTA scores of all candidates appeared in phase 1 and phase 2 will be considered for making JEE Main Rank List 2020. So, we think, it is a great opportunity to score some better marks if you were not able to do so in your first attempt.

  1. More focus on Class 12 Syllabus

JEE Main syllabus includes the syllabus of Class 11 and Class 12 Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The analysis of the question papers suggested that the questions were more from the class 12th syllabus. Supporting this, JEE Main toppers also shared that their focus was largely on the Class 12 curriculum as against the Class 11 curriculum of a CBSE Board or NCERT. The ratio was estimated at 35 to 65 where 35% was from Class 11 and 65% from Class 12.
