You must first understand the exam pattern and make an effective study plan for JEE 2023. You must design a time-table considering important topics in each subject and devote more time to these and other difficult chapters.   • Don’t over-strain yourself & Stay calm

JEE preparation is a difficult task as you have to finish the entire syllabus with time-to-time revision of each topic. This might strain you out due to excessive study and preparation.
