NEET 2026 Exam Date (Tentative)

Going by the trends of NEET 2024 and NEET 2025, NEET 2026 is likely to be held on 3rd May 2026 (First Sunday of May). The official notification is expected by December 2025, with applications opening around the same time.

NEET 2026 will follow the pattern implemented since NEET 2021 with slight syllabus revisions over the years:

NEET 2026 Syllabus Update

The NEET syllabus is primarily based on NCERT Class 11 & 12 curriculum. The NMC (National Medical Commission) made significant changes to the NEET syllabus in 2024, reducing it by nearly 18% and introducing some new topics.

It is confirmed that NEET 2026 syllabus will continue along the same lines, with the latest NCERT syllabus as the foundation.
