The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024 is a prestigious exam and the one and only way to get admission to undergraduate medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH in top medical and dental colleges across the country. The NMC (National Medical Commission) on 6 October 2023, in a notice announced the updated syllabus for the NEET 2024 exam. Below we have provided the information about the latest change in the NEET 2024 syllabus along with the pdf of the new syllabus.
The NEET 2024 exam will be held on 5th May, 2024 and its application window has been opened by NTA on 9 March 2024, which will close on 9 March 2024. The NEET exam consists of 3 subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Biology consisting of 720 marks. The candidates get 3 hours and 20 minutes to attempt 180 questions out of 200 questions. For every correct answer, 4 marks are awarded, for every wrong answer 1 mark is deducted and no marks are either awarded or deducted for the unattempted questions.
